                        Frequently Asked  Questions

Q      How much will it cost to be a member of this program?

        A.     One-time out-of-pocket $50 gift.

        Q.    How do I give my gift?

        A.     It is an arrangement made between YOU and the person you are gifting.

However, we STRONGLY suggest you do NOT send cash!

        Q.     Do you recommend any online payment processors?

        A.    Yes, if you live in the United States, we suggest using Revolution Money Exchange.  www.RevolutionMoneyExchange.com.
RME is just like Pay Pal, but there are no fees.  Please contact your inviter to see if
he/she is a member.
They may be eligible for a referral fee.

        Q.    What do I do after I give my gift

        A.
Please read all of the information on our splash page,  www.livingyourdreamznow.com/GodsBlessings.
Once you have done so, promote to everyone you know.  Keep it simple.
All anyone has to do is bless someone with $50 and find a minimum of 2 people to do the same?

        Q.    How soon will I start receiving my gifts?

        A.     How soon can you enroll people into the program?

        Q.    Who will gift me?

        A.     The 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th people under you.

        Q.     What if I do not know anyone or cannot get anyone to join?

        A.     We will support you by providing newsletters, FAQ’s, leads, flyers, postcards, business cards, conference calls
                 and an opportunity call
(712 432-1590 Access Code: 960286#).

        Q.    Where do I get leads?

        A.    Chuck Harduby @ 772 360 4165  (8 am – 2 am EST Monday thru Saturday)

(Chuck is the founder of God’s Blessings)

        Q.    Can I have more than 1 position?

        A.    Yes, but you must promote each position - have 2 enrollees for each.

        Q.    Can I bring in family members?

        A.    Yes, but remember you must promote for each family member – have 2 enrollees for each.

        Q.    Can I join at any level?

        A.    No, the only entry level is the $50 level.

        Q.    Can I re-enter the program?

        A.    Yes, you may re-enter at any time you wish, but remember, you will start at the  $50 level and you need to promote-
enroll 2 people for every position you take.

        Q.    Is Cash Gifting Legal?

        A.    In researching this activity, it is important to keep in mind there is not a book  which tells you what is legal in our society, only
what is not legal.  (This is true for every country around the world, which participates in Gifting).  If you do your research online,
you are going to see there is really nothing which says cash gifting is illegal.  Most of the time, it is people expressing
their personal opinions, not facts.  After years of experience and thorough research, no one has been able to show us ANY law in black
and white stating giving a cash gift is illegal.  In fact, we learned both American and Canadian citizens have the Constitutional
right to gift property, cash and other assets.  Many other countries participating in cash gifting also have very similar gifting laws.  In
the United States, we have the Preamble, the Constitution and the Bill of Rights to protect a private citizen’s rights to earn, pay taxes
and give away property and cash as long as it is done according to the laws and codes of this country.  The United States gifting rules
are found in the IRS Tax Code, Title 26, Sections 2501-2504 and 2511.

Click here to access IRS information.  During 2008, in the United States of America, the law states one or more
individuals can give a cash gift to another individual of up to $12,000 each per calendar year without any
tax liability to either the giver or
receiver of the gift, because the tax on the gift has already been paid.
Even with this exemption, you can still receive unlimited amount of cash gifts at any level.
So giving a gift of cash to someone, be it a friend, family member or a stranger, is legal according to IRS code.
Again, there is no specific nation-wide law I have been able to find to say gifting is not legal.

       Q.    Is this a pyramid?

       A.   Not at all!  A pyramid is often associated with an investment scheme, a company, or a business.  We are not a company, just a private
gifting activity.  We have zero sales quotas, and we do not sell positions.  A pyramid never allows anyone coming in on the bottom
to ever reach the top.  Everyone here gives the same gifts, works together as a team and receives the same gifts.  In a
pyramid, only those at the top profit while those at the bottom never reach the top.  In a pyramid, people can and have lost
their money.  A pyramid is also not to be confused with “Network Marketing.”  Although Network Marketing is a legal
and viable source of income, when was the last time you, or anyone you know, was able to start at the bottom of the company and
reach the top position?  NEVER!  We are neither a networking company nor a pyramid scheme.
THIS IS NOT A GET RICH QUICK SCHEME!

        Q.  Can I lose my money if I participate in God’s Blessings/The Abundance Team?

        A.   Not if you truly gift someone.  (See The Energy of Money so you will understand what giving a gift really means.)

        Q.   I have heard when you join a gifting program, you are to expect nothing in return. I am confused.

        A.  When you gift someone, you expect nothing in return from the person you gifted.  You will never receive a gift from them.
Of course, if  and when you follow the guidelines of our program, you expect to receive gifts/financial blessings.
               It only makes sense.

       Q.    What if I enroll a person without access to a computer/email?  How do they receive information?

       A.    It is the responsibility of the person who invited them to call them with updates from the newsletters and to provide copies of any
information they might need.  Giving them copies of all information provided in our splash page is really important.

REMINDER:  When speaking about GOD’S BLESSINGS, always use the words "BLESS" or "GIFT".
Never use "paying" or "paid" as it implies a business, which we are not.
